I accept a very expensive Thermador freezer. It with keeping proper temperature in Oct 2021. Contacted Thermador on xi/four/21. It takes a calendar month or more to actually schedule an appointment and I've had 4 service appointments since and information technology'southward yet not fixed. It's been over 5 months with no ability to even talk to a supervisor or get whatever positive action from the company. It'due south the worst client service I've ever experienced.

Personal experience. So first new house new microwave goes out vi months after warranty expires. Cheaper to buy new i than fix.... So peradventure it was bad luck
New and second domicile.... Freezer has lots of frost.... They ship repair folks twice and finally society a new one. It takes over 6 months to come up in. Once installed the ice maker stops working (not compatible??). Parts have been ordered since Dec and was just told they should be reordered on March 15th. So in the year and a half I have endemic this freezer it has non worked correct nonetheless. Past the fourth dimension I get the parts it will be out of warranty. For me? Never again.... Never again....

I bought the stove in tardily August 2021, first call for service in September, Nov repair replacing ii burners, gas jets, module, cover, ignition. One calendar week later 2 burners not working, small oven not working. Big oven not heating evenly. Where I bought it said call Thermador customer service and request a new stove. Chosen Thermador, got a case number, supplied all info, received an email saying I demand a tech to diagnose that information technology is non operating properly -- da dude! No techs in Vermont are even returning calls, the store I brought it from says Thermador responds to customers. Not them. Wow $12 --!3,000.00 for a new stove that is 3 months old and this is the service i receives. !!!Don't Do It. Buy Something Else!!! Terrible! Nil good to say virtually this stove, the service and the company.

Nosotros built a new home and Thermador MADE u.s.a. upgrade to the newer model considering they sold the one we bought. THAT said, our freezer broke two years later. After multiple attempts to repair with a local "third party" repair company, Thermador admitted they CAN'T fix our freezer. As you lot tin imagine they volition Not supplant ours free of charge and want to charge us money for a new ane. We have been trying to get this fixed or replaced for over half dozen months and they volition Not help us. They will NOT practise what they say and they will non email or call us back every bit they have promised over the last 8 telephone calls. Each fourth dimension I call I sit on the phone for at least 30-50 min before getting through and getting NOwhere with them. This is an awful company with atrocious service and products. Do NOT BUY their products. It is the worst service I have ever had by a "luxury" company. what a waste matter of money and time.

My range has a two burners with a simmer control function that proceed failing. In the past 4 years have had several visits from technician - one dispatched directly by Thermador. Each state the Potentiometer needs replacing. Have had this part replaced 3 times in last 4 years with parts directly supplied by Thermador. Fails every 9 to 12 months - and part has a limited warranty. Have spent hundreds of dollars on repairs. Impossible to get thermador on the phone. Have submitted service asking and complaint equally directed through their online portal. No response. For such an expensive, high cease product - would look much more. Would not recommend purchasing.

Nosotros purchased a group of Thermador appliances in 2016 when renovating our kitchen. We thought that nosotros were purchasing high quality reliable appliances and we could non have been more wrong. Our double wall ovens have malfunctioned since 2017. Every year these ovens end working and we have to pay out between $450-$900 each time even later these ovens were supposedly repaired before the warranty ran out. This twelvemonth nosotros had service on August 24 and paid $927.00 for a new relay panel. At present on Nov 18, 2021, within three months, we have to have both fans replaced at a cost of $864.00. The fans have already been replaced multiple times and contact with Thermador, the local rep and the retailer have produced either no response or "sad we don't deal with service issues".
On top of this the Thermador dishwasher purchased at the same time requires a new motor. We have been careful with these appliances, exercise not put the cocky clean on too oftentimes and attempt to be mindful of usage. I would run for the hills before purchasing Thermador or any products under the aforementioned manufacturer-I feel nosotros were sold a very expensive "bill of goods"-abominable!

Permit me count the ways I am fed up with Thermador. I purchased a package of expensive thermador appliances. The oven has not worked since the day I bought it—2 years ago. The service is next to not existent. Was supposed to have a service call today and when I chosen the service # (after beingness on agree over one-half an hr) and asked to speak to the supervisor, the rep hung up. Can't speak with anyone with authority to practise something. Can't believe I will actually have to purchase a new oven

I have endemic my next for 12 years. You will discover that while the unit is "under Warranty" for 12 years--they practise NOT stock parts after 8 years!! The pull a fast one on is they volition offer you coin towards "sliding into a new fridge"--where you volition proceed to be captive to them. The new unit of what I own now costs $fifteen,000. I fabricated a service appointment THREE WEEKS agone for Mon, October 25, 2021, and was told I couldn't get one sooner because Thermador doesn't have workers.
When I called Friday before to see why they had non told me a time, they said I had cancelled the engagement. (I had non). When I complained, the Thermador rep disconnected me. I had waited 20 minutes for her to answer the call. For their price, I could buy a new GE or Frigidaire every iii years, and still not be out $15,000. Let's face up it----all we need is something to keep our food cold, right?

16k fridge that since day 1 the freezer doesn't work. 9 months subsequently. We still don't know how to fix it. Stickers labels are peeling off. Small plastic is breaking. And the freezer role still doesn't piece of work. Customer service rep is rude. Tells me. I should go on getting the tech out and until he tries more than than v times. They can't with annihilation more. Each fourth dimension you schedule an engagement it's two-3 months away. Waiting on my 4th visit at present.

Smashing if they piece of work-HORRIBLE SERVICE IF THEY DON'T. I recently purchased 33k worth of Thermador appliances from Ferguson. I took delivery of the appliances and only had the 12k+ range installed. I am in the heart of my move and eager to be settled. It is defective and I tried calling your service line. After beingness on hold over 25 minutes Teresa answered the line and was curt in manner. She informed me that I could wait until September 22 for service. That is quite a distance abroad, and then I asked for an culling. She said I could phone call 1 other authorized service technician in the Los Angeles area that is permitted to service your make. I am unfamiliar with this process so I asked if it is I that would call, and if your company would be taking intendance of the payment, and she replied "if you would permit me finish I would tell y'all". I was merely request about the process. SO rude. I thought y'all were meant to be a luxury brand.
Certainly your phone call heart missed the service slice of that experience. I said that I was "trying to get articulate about the process and that she needn't exist rude about it- that I was unfamiliar with this process as I had not washed it earlier". Teresa curtly answered that if I didn't like her style that she would turn me over to another amanuensis and before I could protest she promptly hung up on me. I am frankly appalled and I programme on putting this company on boom all over the internet for the lack of service, and ridiculous treatment.
I have an expensive product that is lacking, am in the heart of a move, and am merely trying to get something stock-still. Now I have to spend additional hours chasing this down while working full time and attending to various other obligations. I would hope to get some assistance.
